At Shop Minolta Cameras, we want you to be completely satisfied with your photography gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all electronics in their original condition. Please ensure all original packaging, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Camera Securely

  Place the camera and all original accessories back into the manufacturer's box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
